My essay prompt is going to argue that the intent behind an action doesn't really matter, just the end result of that action. It's going to be super persuasive, but I can't find the text in which this question was posed. I'm going to keep looking though.
I think that this is a very interesting concept that will be challenging, but definitely possible to convey through a persuasive essay. I feel that people have really strong views about this topic in both positions, as I believe intent matters just as much as the outcome. So I am very excited to read your paper!
